Ali provides private in home Pilates instruction to various clientele in and around the Boston area.  Whether you're brand new to Pilates, looking to deepen your understanding of the body and movement, advance your practice,  rehabilitate an injury, or wanting to look your best for an event, private sessions can get you there. She works closely with each client to understand their goals and designs a comprehensive Pilates based program tailored to each individual client's needs.   With each session you receive:

  • Individualized Attention:  All eyes on you.
  • A Personal Experience: Ali provides hands on adjustments, corrections, and tailored coaching to zero in on your specific needs.
  • Accountability:  By working with Ali, you have access to her outside of your sessions via e-mail or text to keep you accountable toward your goals.  No excuses to "skip" your session.
  • Flexibility:  Ali will work to schedule sessions around your obligations and schedule.  *24 hour cancellation policy 
  • Convenience:  The  ability to work out in the comfort & privacy of your own home
