Sometimes it's the small tweaks, re-visiting the basics, & improving your body awareness that can make all the difference and change the way your body feels during your practice - creating a whole new challenge.
Join Ali Baldassare in a 75 min workshop where she will lead you through a master class that will leave you sweaty & enlightened. You will revisit the foundational Pilates movements in new ways, utilize the magic circle to create better body awareness, & of course learn some creative sequences and transitions to spice up your mat work. Emphasis on correct form and alignment & hands on adjustments will be provided throughout class to each student.
